Spenc.
I noticed while watching Raw in Afghanistan that the folks faced a new "element." The wind. While It wasn't a great wind, and for the most part it did little except blow up women's skirts, once or twice it did play a role. What I found most interesting though is who dealt with it well and who did not. Most notably, Triple H seemed to have a bit of trouble and this surprizes me as he always seemed adept in the inprov genre. Did you have any such observations?

Yeah, that seemed to be the case. There aren't a lot of outdoor shows anymore at the upper level of wrestling, the indies, what I do, is where you have more of those. HHH went pretty much from training to WCW, (he was trained by Killer Kowalski, so he had an in), and didn't spend a whole lot of time in the indies, so it didn't surprise me that he wasn't used to the elements like that. I've wresatled in the rain once. Let's just say that was a VERY slow paced match. LOL

Do you know if this guy is still alive? He came to Chillicoth once, and he chased a kid through the school that flipped him off. It was funny as hell. HIs wrestiling name was KIng Kong Bundy.

I think KIng Kong Bundy has died. Spenc. would know for sure.
I keep imagining Spenc. wrestleing in the rain...were you wearing a white T-shirt?
MMmmmm. Wet T-shirt wrestleing.
Yeah I could understand HHH not being used to a given element but, given his gift for oral improv in front of the camera in the past, I was rather surprized to see that he did not handle that situation very well. It was clearly an inprov situation at times. I hadn't seen wreslteing in ages, I watched because I thought it was great that those guys would go there and do that. Those skirts blowing up repeatedly did a lot of good for a guy on the mend.
:D

King Kong Bundy is still alive. He may do a show for us this year or next. If he does, guess who gets to take the fuckin Avalanche?
We also should have a VERY familiar name that I'll have the honor of working with if it goes through. When it's confirmed, I'll tell you.

You mean 20 minute sermons. LOL Mic skills=Spencer ;)
but yeah, HHH has had SOME good promos.

That's cool. I hope you keep watching. This is the 3rd year they've done it, what impressed me is that they didn't just do it 1 time in Iraq in 2003 to get good PR, and then stop. I think they'll do it every year.
Jim Beam- 12-24-2005
I was impressed they went to Afghanistan instead of Iraq. Spreading the cheer around. The news media seems to have forgotten about Afghanistan.
I can't wait to hear about your "VERY familiar name."
And Ford. Where or what is a Chillicoth?

Yeah, that was VERY cool. Hopefully they'll go to still other places in the future. :)
